Our Client, a specialist training provider requires a permanent Customer Service Administrator, based at their Head Office in Ellesmere Port.

The salary for this full-time position is between £24,000 and £25,000, with working hours of 9 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday each week.

The role will involve making course bookings over the telephone, dealing with online course reservations, email inquiries and updating the CRM system.

The successful candidate will also assist the Booking Administrator by taking payments and processing customer sales.

Our Client, a manufacturer of high-quality products based in Prenton, Birkenhead requires a Health and Safety Advisor.

This role is offered on a contract basis, on completion of the initial 12 weeks of training, permanent employment is guaranteed.

As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will be implementing and maintaining effective safety programs and procedures.

The successful candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, strong report writing skills, excellent communication skills to effectively advise employees on safety protocols and procedures and attention to detail to identify potential hazards.

The successful candidate will work a minimum of 40 hours each week, with some overtime available. The standard working hours on this shift are 8 am to 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday each week. You will start work on an hourly pay rate of £12.00 p/h, which will rise on completion of training. Overtime is paid at time and a half 40 hours, and double time after 50 hours.

Payments are made weekly by BACS and on a PAYE basis, which includes holiday pay and pension contributions.

Starting ASAP, our client, a manufacturer of high-quality products based in Prenton, Birkenhead requires 2 additional Permanent Production Operatives.

These roles are offered on a contract basis and on completion of the initial 12 weeks of training, permanent employment is guaranteed.

The successful candidates will work a minimum of 40 hours each week, with unlimited overtime available.

After initially working an 8 am to 4:30 pm shift during a 2-week training period, the standard working hours will be 11 am to 7:30 pm from Monday to Friday each week. You will start on an hourly rate of £10.97 p/h, which will rise with the increase to the minimum wage and again once training has been completed.

Overtime is paid at £16.46 p/h after 40 hours, increasing to £21.94 p/h after 50 hours.
